RETURNS POLICY
We hope you love your Théa & Beau products as much as we love creating them.
If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, please review our returns policy below.
Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Customers are responsible for paying for their own returns.
Hygiene Policy
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any product that has been opened, used, or had its seal tampered with.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel. We’ll be happy to replace or refund your item.
Email our customer care team at contact@theaandbeau.com with your order number and a photo of the issue so we can assist promptly.
Refunds
Once your return is approved and received, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for it to appear in your account.
Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
