TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read all these Terms and Conditions.

As we can accept your order and make a legally enforceable agreement without further reference to you, you must read these Terms and Conditions to make sure that they contain all that you want and nothing that you are not happy with.

By purchasing from Thea & Beau, you agree to the following terms.

1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions:

“Goods” means any products that we supply to you;

“We”, “Us”, and “Our” mean Thea & Beau Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 16177418 and with our registered office at 82A James Carter Road, Mildenhall, IP28 7DE;

“You” and “Your” mean the person purchasing the Goods from us.

If we need to contact you, we will do so by email using the address you provided in your order.

3. Our Contract with You

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase Goods from us. The contract is formed once payment is processed and you receive an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if Goods are unavailable, incorrectly priced, or suspected of fraudulent activity.

4. Goods

All product descriptions, images, and details are provided in good faith. However, as our products are handmade, minor variations in colour, texture, or scent may occur.

Our Goods are intended for external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Do not apply to broken or irritated skin.

5. Price and Payment

Prices for our Goods are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

We accept payment via Shopify’s secure checkout system. Your payment information is processed safely, and we do not store credit or debit card details.

6. Delivery

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only — but watch this space for future updates.

Dispatch typically occurs within 2–4 working days, followed by 2–5 working days for delivery depending on courier service.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

7. Returns and Refunds

We hope you love your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, please contact us at info@theaandbeau.com and we’ll be happy to assist.

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened or used.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.

Refunds will be issued using your original payment method within 5–10 working days once we have received and processed your return.

8. Your Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 within 14 days of receiving your Goods.

To exercise this right, please email info@theaandbeau.com with your order number and reason for return. Goods must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content — including text, product images, graphics, and designs — is owned by Thea & Beau Ltd and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any content without our written permission.

10. Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our Goods or website.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11. Data Protection

We respect your privacy and will only use your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
