Summer shipping
Our whipped body butters are handcrafted using rich natural butters and nourishing oils. During periods of exceptionally warm weather, they may soften slightly while in transit.
This is completely normal and does not affect the quality, fragrance or performance of your body butter. As each body butter is handcrafted in small batches, slight texture variations are a natural part of the product's artisanal character.
To help protect your order, we may use additional insulated packaging during warmer periods, which can occasionally add one extra working day to dispatch.
If your body butter arrives slightly soft, simply allow it to cool at room temperature or place it in the fridge for 30–60 minutes before opening. Once it has firmed up, it's ready to enjoy as normal.
